What a waste of money, I brought this case a few days ago and had it through today, I’ve had nothing but problems with this case. I think it’s because it covers the antenna I had so many missed messages and no 3G coverage at because the case was blocking my iPhones ability to function properly. Its pretty scary, how much phones are now taking over social interactions, I mean did you know that 10% of people under 25 now think its perfectly acceptable to text while having sexual intercourse? A recent survey brought to light in the news that during most day to day tasks a large minority of the public think its acceptable to text.
We all know multi-tasking even in social situations is becoming more culturally commonplace, but are there limits? If there are, it looks like they aren’t in the bedroom: a whopping 76% of the public report checking Facebook or Twitter after getting into bed at night and/or before getting out of bed in the morning.
While not that many people actively engage in social media during sex, they do in bed. Retrevo found that almost half of social-media users check in via phone while lying in bed. About 48% of those polled said they check or update Facebook or Twitter after they’ve gotten into bed at night and/or before they get out of bed in the morning. That number jumps to 76% for the 25-and-younger set, with a whopping 19% of those millennials saying they also check in whenever they wake up during the night.
Think twice before you reach for a friend’s iPhone – you don’t know where it’s been. Nearly 85% of respondents report having used their iPhone while in the bathroom.
Hey Guys, Its been a little hard to get content out to you all the last few weeks due to work and personal life. A few days ago I had the iZettle Card reader sent to me from the iZettle team. This app is great for those of you that are always on the go with working and having clients. card payment has never been easier. I’ve not had a great deal of time to test this yet but i will be giving a full review when i get the opportunity to. iZettle is still in
development at the moment so doesn’t accept all cards yet but im sure they will soon. all you have to do to set up a payment is select your debited and get the card holder to sign on screen to authorise the payment, from the app you can email them a receipt/invoice. Hey All, Just a quick post really to show you all my most common iPhone apps. one of the
one of the most common apps that I use is Facebook
and twitter, if you are in anyway a social network freak like me than these two apps will satisfy your needs. I also like checking in using foursquare as my friends use it and it makes life a little easier when organising events and activities. It would be a shame to let the 5 mega-pixel camera go to waste on the iPhone so if you like to post pictures straight to the web then Instagram is your answer. Because although Facebook and Twitter can upload photo’s, Instagram can upload to Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, Flickr and Tumblr. I’m not a huge Tumblr fan but I like the easy to use UI of Instagram, I’m a heavy Flickr user so I can post my photo’s to 3/4 places with one click. the WordPress app is self explanatory i use it to manage my blogs away from home. although there are limited style options you can still upload pictures, videos and get to your WordPress Jetpack Statistics. I like to read the news a fair bit so the BBC News app along with the Sky News app keep me up to date with the goings on. I’m a keen walker so i tend to keep an eye on the weather with the Met Office app nice simple easy and uses your current position to give you accurate weather readings.
